Born and raised in Buffalo, she moved to Washington, DC in 2002 to discover the secrets of networking and business success in a large Metro area. Drawing on her 18 years experience as an entrepreneur, marketing director and sales manager, she helps small business owners learn how to market their business to others while growing a network of contacts that last a lifetime. She hosts business owners regularly in the DC area through networking events, seminars and expert panel discussions.

Amy Zydel is the former owner of Salon Allure and Tips to Toes in Williamsville. She received her BS from Daemen College, Cum Laude and her AA from Villa Maria College of Buffalo. She is the owner of UndercoverPrinter, Inc and the founder of Girl Power Networking, Inc. Ms. Zydel is a member of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, BNI, NAWBO, and Ambassador for the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Zydel has been featured in Smart CEO magazine for her expertise on networking.
